Refund policy

We’re confident the Gravity Mat will change the way you train and recover. If it doesn’t, send it back within 30 days for a full refund or an easy exchange.

How It Works

1. Contact Us- Email support@gravitymat.com with your order # and “Return” or “Exchange” in the subject line.

2. Pack It Up- Securely pack your Gravity Mat. Original packaging is recommended but not required.

3. Send It Back- We’ll email you a pre-paid return label for U.S. orders.

Conditions:
  • Return or exchange must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Mat must be in like-new condition (no rips, stains, or heavy wear).
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
