3. Send It Back- We’ll email you a pre-paid return label for U.S. orders.

Return or exchange must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Mat must be in like-new condition (no rips, stains, or heavy wear).
Refunds are issued to your original payment method 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Products that arrive damaged or defective? We replace them free of charge and cover all shipping.
