Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • We do not ship on weekends or U.S. national holidays.


U.S. Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and package size.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:

  • First, check with neighbors or your local delivery provider.

  • Then, contact us at support@gravitymat.com for help resolving the issue.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Delays & Exceptions

Please note: shipping carriers may experience delays during peak seasons, severe weather, or unexpected disruptions. While we’ll do everything we can to assist, these delays are out of our control.
